TORONTO — September 25, 2020 — Top Hat, the leading active learning platform for higher education, is pleased to announce it placed No. 230 on the 2020 Report on Business ranking of Canada’s Top Growing Companies.
Canada’s Top Growing Companies ranks Canadian companies on three-year revenue growth. Launched in 2019, the editorial ranking aims to celebrate entrepreneurial achievement in Canada by identifying and amplifying the success of growth-minded, independent businesses in Canada. It is a voluntary program; companies had to complete an in-depth application process in order to qualify. In total, 400 companies earned a spot on this year’s ranking.
“There’s no question this achievement is due to the tireless efforts of our talented team that is reshaping the future of higher ed and accelerating Top Hat’s growth,” said Mike Silagadze, founder and CEO, Top Hat. “With so much uncertainty in the world right now, this recognition affirms our commitment to ensuring educators and institutions are effectively equipped to support student success in any teaching environment — whether online, in-person, or a combination of both.”
The full list of 2020 winners, and accompanying editorial coverage, is published in the October issue of Report on Business magazine—out now—and online at tgam.ca/TopGrowing.
