How to order the Top Hat platform
Students using the Top Hat platform at your institution can purchase a redeemable access key from the campus bookstore.

How to order Interactive eTexts or print textbooks
Students using Top Hat textbooks at your institution can purchase a redeemable access key or print textbook from the campus bookstore.
If you would like to order access keys and/or print textbooks, please login at the link below. You’ll also find information regarding ISBN and pricing for all textbook formats (digital and print).

How to order access codes for Aktiv Learning
If you'd like to order access codes to use with Aktiv Chemistry or Mathematics, please contact us directly at orders@tophat.com
Code Delivery
All redeemable access keys are now digital and delivered directly to the email address indicated on the bookstore order form when the order is processed.
There are no shipping or handling fees on digitally delivered access keys.
Invoicing
Access code orders will be fulfilled for the total quantity ordered, but no invoice will be sent. Top Hat will invoice customers monthly for all codes activated during each month. Customers can receive multiple invoices for one order.
The codes included on this order are valid for 12 months. At the end of the 12-month period, the remaining codes will be deactivated. You will not be invoiced for any remaining unactivated codes.
Payment
Invoices are due per your contract terms with Top Hat. The due date will be listed on the invoice.
Return Policy
Top Hat products:

100% returnable, valid for 12 months from date of invoice, written return authorization required.

Damaged books will not be accepted and will be returned to the bookstore at the store’s expense.

Books not in the original shrinkwrap will be refused and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Digital codes:
-
Unused codes are 100% returnable, valid for 12 months from date of invoice, written return authorization not required.
