A culture of learning is a culture where employees search for, and then apply, skills and knowledge to enhance their individual and organizational performance. A culture of learning seeks to answer: a) how do we help people learn, grow and improve? and b) what do we do when people make a mistake or fail?
A culture of learning promotes an open mindset, an ongoing search for knowledge and collaborative learning to meet the company’s mission and goals. The following practices can be used to create a culture of learning in your team:
