What are

Grants

Grants are student funding offered by a government or organization. This financing solution reduces economic burdens due to the cost of higher education. Unlike loans, students are not expected to repay a grant upon graduation.

Grants refer to financial assistance disbursed by a party—usually a government, corporation or organization—to a recipient, usually a student. Grants are often awarded to students of a certain socioeconomic position who demonstrate financial need.
