What is

Accuplacer

Accuplacer is a testing system used to determine whether post-secondary students are academically prepared to take college-level courses. High school students may also take accuplacer tests to determine if they are ready for post-secondary education. Contrastingly, these tests can also identify areas that a student may need improvement in before they advance to further education.

Accuplacer refers to a series of tests that allow school administrators to understand where a student stands academically before progressing into high school or post-secondary studies. Accuplacer tests may include arithmetic, algebra, reading comprehension, writing and more.
