Project-Based Learning
Project-based learning is a teaching process where students learn by engaging in personally meaningful and real-world projects and activities. Learners work on their project over an extended period of time – from a week up to a semester. They demonstrate their knowledge and skills by creating a public product or presentation for a real audience. As a result, students develop a deep understanding of project content, as well as stronger critical thinking, collaboration, communication and creativity skills.
Project-based learning refers to the act of learning through identifying a real-world problem and developing its solution. This way, students show what they learn as they progress through the project, not just at the end.
