About the Speaker

Dr. Pooja K. Agarwal is an author, cognitive scientist and assistant professor of psychology at the Berklee College of Music in Boston. She’s also the founder of RetrievalPractice.org. Dr. Agarwal’s research on the science of learning has been published in leading journals, highlighted in the New York Times, NPR, Scientific American, Education Week and recognized by the National Science Foundation. She is the co-author of Powerful Teaching: Unleash the Science of Learning.
